It’s been a whirlwind few weeks. On April 17th I was in the state of Washington for the RISE UP Northwest Regional conference with Kevin Hunter and Phil Vance. It was a refreshing three days of fellowship, encouragement, lots of food, and one of the hilliest rounds of golf I’ve ever played in my life!
This week, I fellowshipped with the dear brothers and sisters of the North East region at their annual gathering in Lancaster, PA. We broke bread together and heard some great encouragement from Vice President David Howells and Apostle Mary Wood. I left feeling encouraged and refreshed!
A common thread at both conferences was the idea of unity in the Body of Christ. We are all called to our own unique mission and expression of ministry. And yet we serve the same God and worship the same King. No matter our age, location, office, or appointment, we are all called to be on Team Jesus.
This July, we have an opportunity to step out in unity as a Fellowship. Our gathering in Scottsdale, AZ is going to be unlike any we have had before. God is stirring in the hearts of leaders all over the world and calling us to rise together for Him. Each of us has a part to play as independent ministers of the Gospel. But we are all on Team Jesus. And because of Him, we are better together than we are apart.
