Leaders of Hope

Jul 21, 2020

Hope marks our lives. Where there is no hope in the future, there is no power in the present. There are no hopeless situations; there are only people who have grown hopeless about them.

I believe that our Fellowship is meant to be an extraordinary example of HOPE during these challenging times. While the world is in turmoil, we see a bright future ahead because God is in control! Where others find despair – economic uncertainly, disease, and civil unrest – we see victorious believers and an overcoming church bringing HOPE to the world around us!

Our conference theme this year was centered on the concept of LEADership. LEADing our churches, LEADing our families, and LEADing in our communities. Despite the cancellation of our time together in Chicago, this topic has never been more relevant. During this time of international crisis, the church is meant to shine. Let’s LEAD like never before – providing HOPE to our neighbors, HOPE to our congregations, and HOPE to our cities.

Some fellowship family business – our conference is an opportunity for us to report to all of you about the inner workings of our network and celebrate the victories God has blessed us with. We have compiled our departmental reports on TFN Plus for you to browse at your convenience. Celebrate with us, and feel free to contact me or any executive board member with questions.

PS. Our dear friend Robin Rees passed away on July 13th in the United Kingdom. He served The Fellowship for over twenty years, helping to expand and strengthen our network of pastors in the UK and Europe. Robin was a special, one-of-a-kind man of God who served as a spiritual mentor and father to so many. We celebrate the life, legacy and memory of our dear friend Robin Rees. His family asks for your prayers during this time, and details about a memorial will be forthcoming.
